Payment Methods Accepted

Cash, credit card, Paypal, and bank transfer.

Payment, Deposits and Refunds Policy

Payment for workshops can be made in advance by using the booking link or you can pay at the door by cash or credit card.

Full payment for private lessons can be made in advance by funds transfer or by cash or credit card at the lesson.

If You Cancel or Don't Turn Up

If you can't attend a workshop and wish to request a refund you must do so using the same booking link with which you enrolled. If you cancel using the link at least 24 hours before your scheduled workshop I'll approve a refund, less the booking fee.

If you need to cancel a private lesson you must do so by text or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do, I will give you the option of rescheduling or receiving a refund.

If you don't turn up or don't cancel as directed above, then you won't receive a refund or credit.

If We Cancel

If I cancel your appointment, workshop or class, I will give you the option of rescheduling or receiving a refund.

Coronavirus Policy

In response to the Novo Coronavirus, COVID-19, I want to inform you of the extra protective measures I may take to reduce risk for both of us.

What We're Doing

  • I may wear gloves and/or a face mask at our lesson.
  • I will wash my hands or use hand sanitiser between appointments with other clients.
  • Please don't take offense when I don't shake your hand.

What We Ask of You

  • If you, or any member of your household has any flu-like symptoms such as fever, coughing or sneezing, please reschedule your appointment until you, or they, have been symptom free for at least one week. There won't be any charge to reschedule.
  • If you have been in contact with an infected person, please reschedule your appointment until one week after your last contact.
